Our Programs

Programs for
Every Department.

Separate tracks for volunteer and career departments — because the challenges aren't the same, and the programs shouldn't be either.

Volunteer Departments

Volunteer Departments

Built Around Your Reality.

Volunteer departments operate under constraints that career departments don't face — limited training time, members who hold full-time jobs elsewhere, high turnover, and the challenge of building culture without daily contact. Our volunteer programs are designed from the ground up with those realities in mind.

We don't take career department programs and scale them down. We build programs that fit the volunteer environment — flexible scheduling, high-impact short sessions, and frameworks that work even when your members only see each other a few times a month.

Career Departments

Raise the Standard Across Every Rank.

Career departments have the advantage of daily contact, structured training time, and professional development infrastructure. The challenge is using that infrastructure to build leaders — not just technically proficient firefighters — at every level of the organization.

Our career department programs integrate with your existing training structure and SOPs/SOGs. We work within your system to build leadership capacity from the company level up, with rank-specific tracks that meet people where they are and develop them for where they're going.

What's Included

  • Company Officer Leadership Track — for new and experienced lieutenants and captains
  • Firefighter to Officer Transition — preparing members for the promotional process and the leadership shift it requires
  • Department Mentoring Culture — building a structured mentoring program that scales across a large organization
  • Critical Thinking Under Pressure — advanced decision-making for complex, multi-unit incidents
Shift-based trainingDelivered across A/B/C shifts to reach all members
